Step 1
A conference call is held so we can learn how your business works. We’ll ask questions such as “Do you use a point of sale system?” and “Do you offer terms to your clients?”
All of these questions will allow us to understand how your business operates and what accounting procedures need to be in place.
Step 2
A proposed set of workflows and procedures is presented for your review. All of our staff at One Source Bookkeeping is trained in our Core Accounting Procedures. This means we can quickly put in place those accounting procedures that make sense for your business.
Step 3
Once you sign off on the workflows, our staff goes into action setting up the technical systems needed to service your account. This includes…

Step 4
A go live date is scheduled and when that day arrives One Source Bookkeeping steps in and takes care of all your companies accounting and bookkeeping needs.
